Results:
A. 155#; Felt fine, need work on my receiving position
B. 135#; Tougher for me at this tempo, did 145# but it was about 4 sec on the way down.
C1. 5 Reps all sets, all at 245#
C2. 135-155-185
D. Kept about a 1:32 pace on all sets except #6 was 1:33ish; average 323m. Was breathing a bit harder here today.
