Results:
SB: 95# for 8 min; 115# for 7 min
HSS/WB: 6:14; Kept consistent pace except for last set of HSS had to do 10/5
DL/LBB: 4:52; Felt OK breathing wise, started getting a cramp in my right hip and calf.
FS/BJ: 5:39; Felt fine, took a full second at the top of each front squat.
