30 sec Airdyne
10 KBS - 32kg
10 Ring Dips
50 Double Unders
10 Wall Balls - 20#
10 Chin-ups
30 sec Airdyne
Rest same as work time
 
Results:
* Had to sub some some stuff because I was at my brother-in-law's house for New Years:
30 sec sprint for airdyne, KBS at 1.5 pood, 10 30" box jumps for DU's, 10 ring rows for chin-ups.

Felt pretty good today and workout felt pretty easy!
