10 min @ 90%:
10 C2B Chin-ups
10 Front Squats @ 115lbs
10 Box Jumps - 30" - step down
--10 min rest
10 min @ 90%:
15 Power Cleans and Overhead @ 95lbs
15 Bar Facing Barbell Burpees
 
Results:
C2B/FS/BJ: 4 Rds + 10 C2B
PCO/BFBB: 3 Rds + 2 PCO

Calves were still pretty sore, but felt good otherwise.  Looking forward to an off day tomorrow!
